RETURN POLICY

1. If the goods not matching with the one you order via website, please take picture and send us email or instant message we will help you immediately

2. If the size not fit you perfectly, feel free to return it within 2 x  24 hours since goods accepted (we use courier time as the standard)

3. If the return was made due to our neglience we will cover the shipping cost, otherwise customer have to cover it

4. We will change the goods as long as our stock still available, otherwise you can change to other product with equal value

5. Due to a lot of counterfeit issue, all VANS products are not possible to return

6. Return is not possible for promotional price purchase
